Jardin Urbain Learning Center welcomes a small group of children aged 6 to 12 years old who are learning without school. We work in partnership with homeschooling and unschooling families who wish to include other adults and resources in their learning project.

We spend our time in a warm, small-scale, stimulating environment where mornings are dedicated to practicing French and math, and afternoons are spent in outdoor free play as well as workshops in the arts, science, and humanities.

- an eclectic pedagogical approach where self-awareness and citizenship are at the heart of our learning;

- a lighter and more flexible schedule: it is possible to register part-time, for a maximum of 4 days per week, which allows kids to select the activities that interest them, and many parents to pursue their professional life;

 

- a multi-age group;

 

- a low ratio of adults to children;

 

- a bilingual environment (FR & EN).
